How do I know if you serve my area?
DB Cleaning Services attends demands in the Tri-State area of PA, NJ, and DE. We certainly attend the greater Philadelphia and surroundings counties and townships, New Jersey and Delaware. If you are still not sure if we attend your area, please reach out to our office and one of our representatives will instruct you on how we work on new areas.
How everything works?
In fact, it is very simple! Just contact us directly at (215) 253 6112 or info@mydbcleaning.com orby any other online means (My DB Cleaning website, Facebook, Angie’s List, Yelp, Yellow Pages and more), we will collect some important home/office information and provide you with a quote. Once you accept our proposal to you, you can select a day on our schedule that best works for you, we will show up and clean!
How many people will you send to my home?
We usually assign 2 professionals cleaners per job, depending on the size of the job we may send more. We always plan so that any cleaning job can be finished within eight hours.
How can I pay?
Payment is due in full on the day of service. As of January 1, 2021, DB Cleaning Services no longer accepts cash or check, except in special cases or from Commercial Customers only. Other services are subject to our Online payment policy.
Check
Large Commercial Customers may pay by check or direct transfer. Contact our office to set up the correct payment method. Make checks payable to DB Cleaning Services and either pick them up at our office or mail them to 7002 Beaver Dam Rd, Front Unit A, Levittown, PA 19057. Returned checks incur a 35.00 fee, and accounts 30 days past due will be assessed a 30.00 late fee monthly.
Credit Card
Yes, all customers must provide credit card information securely before starting any projects. You'll receive login details for our payment portal when signing up for recurring services.
What time can I expect the cleaners to arrive?
Our day starts at 8 am and ends at 5 pm. While we can offer you a 1 – 2 hours window time frame it is not possible to give a specific time because factors such as previous appointments being delayed and traffic can affect the schedule, we do offer you the selection of three time slots (morning, mid-day and afternoon) so that you can plan your day accordingly.
